Ever since an unexpected gift of over 200 freshly harvested garlic bulbs, green stems and all, was presented to us, the obvious solution was to make garlic salt as “love gifts”. There were 8 different cultivars of garlic in the mix, and just like that original batch, we use a variety of cultivars blended with kosher salt and a touch of black pepper, poured in the same handsome reusable jar.

Each batch of Woodfun Gardens Garlic Salt is hand made with love. Our garlic salt has only three ingredients, our blend of garlic cultivars, kosher crystal salt and a dash of black pepper. Unlike most garlic salts and powders on the market, we use no caking agents and our garlic is organically grown on small farms.
